Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gameweek's sports prediction games (the "Service"), operated by Gameweek ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1.Who can use Gameweek

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you're using Gameweek through a specific website or app (an "operator"), you may also need to meet any additional requirements that operator sets.

2.What Gameweek is — and isn't

Gameweek is a free-to-play prediction game. Making predictions costs nothing, and no payment, deposit, or wager of any kind is required or accepted from users to participate.

Gameweek is not a betting or gambling service. Nothing on the Service constitutes an offer to bet, and no real-money stakes are placed by users at any point.

Some competitions may offer prizes. Prizes, if any, are determined and provided by the operator running that specific competition — not by Gameweek directly — and are described in that competition's own rules. Gameweek is not responsible for prize fulfillment; that's between you and the operator.

3.Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering (a valid email address and a username that doesn't impersonate someone else or contain offensive content).
• One account per person, per site. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in a competition (e.g. in leaderboards or prize eligibility) is not allowed.
• You can request account deletion at any time by emailing support@gameweek.cloud.

4.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit predictions
• Attempt to manipulate results, leaderboards, or scoring
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5.Predictions and scoring

Each competition has its own scoring rules, shown to you before you predict (and available via the "Rules" link within each competition). Once a round or match locks, predictions can no longer be changed. We aim for accuracy in scoring but results are ultimately based on official match/event data as reported by our data providers, and may occasionally be corrected after the fact.

6.Your content

Your username and any content you submit (e.g. predictions) may be displayed publicly within the Service, including on leaderboards visible to other users of the same competition.

7.Intellectual property

The Gameweek platform, its design, and underlying software are owned by Gameweek. Team names, logos, and competition data belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8.Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We're not responsible for the accuracy of third-party sports data, or for any operator's own prize terms, fulfillment, or conduct.

9.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gameweek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Since the Service is free to use and involves no monetary stakes from users, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to €100.

10.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify users (e.g. via the Service or email). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11.Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

12.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
